About Bob Rees:
Bob had played guitar for a long time, but had never written songs. In 2019, after a motorcycle crash in Africa where Bob’s late wife Chris passed away and Bob sustained significant injuries causing paraplegia, he started writing songs to cope what had happened. Since 2020, Bob has written over 60 songs. Through his music, Bob has been able to connect with others who are suffering from different troubles in their life, helping them to express their feelings and know they aren’t alone. Bob writes honestly, sharing his deepest emotions; he doesn’t hold back.
Bob is a passionate advocate for people living with a disability. After spending most of his life walking, Bob was shocked to discover what obstacles and barriers others with disabilities have to put up with on a daily basis. Bob hopes that by seeing him on stage, a man with a disability, it will inspire and encourage not only people living with a disability, but all people to chase their dreams.
