Comfy queen ensemble bed & either double bunks or single beds for up to 4 people. Free parking by your door. Sorry no pets or smoking. $30 surcharge for one night stays.

Policies

Cancellation

Terms and Conditions: A deposit of 1 nights accommodation required to confirm booking. Full payment to be made 2 weeks before arrival unless the booking is for Xmas or Easter when full payment is required 4 weeks before arrival. Cancellation Policy: More than 4 weeks notice full refund less $50 processing fee. Less than 4 weeks notice sorry no refund unless alternative arrangements are possible. In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee.
