Spacious lounge and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen, all linen and towels provided. Extra person charge of $30per night and extra $10 per night if cot is required includes linen but no pillow.

Cancellation

TOTAL NON SMOKING PROPERTY If cancelled or modified 30 or more days before arrival date no fee will be charged. Full cost of stay if cancelled within 29 days of arrival date. Once checked in no refunds for shortened stay. In case of no-show the total price of the reservation will be charged. In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival. Maximum number of persons permitted in each unit: 1 bed unit 2 persons. 2bed unit 5 persons. 3bed unit 7 persons.
