Cancellation

50% deposit payable at time of booking. Full refund less $25 for cancellations received up to 28 days prior to booking date. 50% of deposit refunded for cancellations received 7 - 14 days prior to booking date unless the accommodation is re-booked in which case a full refund less $25 will be given. No refund for cancellations received up to 7 days prior to booking date unless the accommodation is re-booked. If re-booking occurs full refund less $25 will be given. In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.
