Complimentary tea, coffee, milk and biscuits are also provided. Linnen is included and the place is very child friendly. Guests have access to the whole place including a back yard and front porch. Two very comfortable bedrooms, one bedroom has a queen sized bed and second bedroom has two single beds (linen supplied). Bathroom with shower recess and separate toilet the house has a modern cosy living room with two sofas and large flat screen TV and DVD player plus DVDs.

Cancellation

Within 2 weeks of arrival - deposit forfeited. Within one calendar month before 2 weeks of arrival - one nights accommodation forfeited. More than one month of arrival - $75 booking fee. In addition there will be Booking Centre cancellation fee, either $65 for Albany Visitor Centre or $55 for WA Holiday Guide. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival. Guest and visitors will be liable for any damage and stay at their own risk.
