No stairs - Easy ground level access with secure front/back courtyards. Double garage, Barbecue. Brilliant location for families and couples. Close to cafe strip, Anzac Centre, parks/playgrounds and scenic boardwalk/bike track. Experience Albany’s premier, newly renovated beach area, with it’s beautiful stone walls, etc. WIFI available, plus Netflix, using our Wifi and clients Apps on their IPhone or Tablet. Policies

Cancellation

Deposit: A minimum deposit of 50% of the value of the booking is required at the time of making the booking unless the booking is made within 14 days of arrival whereupon payment in full is required. Cancellation Conditions: If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival there will be an automatic cancellation charge equivalent to the cost of one nights accommodation unless the accommodation is rebooked. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival there will be an automatic non-refundable cancellation charge equivalent to one nights accommodation or 50% of the entire booking which ever is greater. In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival. 100% refund for Covid 19 related cancellations.
